Dear Guests,

We are delighted to be hosting  you on a new flight, and to have the opportunity to carry you to your loved ones in safety and comfort. Today, as we witness the most beautiful scenes of the winter season, as a huge family, we work continuously to find a place in the new life stories you are creating. All you have to do is enjoy your flight.

Welcome on board!

The Best in Europe

Each member of the Turkish Airlines’ family works with great dedication, and is beside you all the time so that you to have a perfect journey. Every day, we work even more to improve the unparalleled experience we offer our guests. We share your excitement of discovering new places with our Dreamliner B787-9 aircraft that joined our fleet last year and the A350-900 aircraft that will be joining our fleet this year.

We continue to offer a completely different flight experience with the Economy and Business Class seats, lighting scenarios, and the products for our redesigned, new aircraft. This holistic design was awarded by TheDesignAir, an important indicator of passenger experiences. According to the votes of leading experts in aviation, frequent flyers, and general voting, Turkish Airlines was selected “Europe’s Best Designed Airline.”

The New Era for AnadoluJet

In order to serve the competing demands and our passengers who want to fly at reasonable prices, from March 29, 2020 we will be transferring our international flights from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport to AnadoluJet, a fully owned subsidiary of Turkish Airlines. This way, AnadoluJet will start to fly to 28 destinations in 19 countries. AnadoluJet will fly to a total of 68 destinations on 107 routes, and will connect the world to Anatolia via Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport. I would like to thank all our guests who chose to fly with Turkish Airlines from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport  to international destinations until today.

Our Goals for 2020

The Turkish Airlines family is determined to add new achievements to its current success. In addition to the new year goals we announced to the public, we also announced that we will continue our global growth to the whole world. Our passenger figures will reach a total of 80 million until the end of 2020; with an 82% load factor, Turkish Airlines will continue to be one of the top airlines in Europe and the world. We will also continue to have one of the world’s few young fleets with our new generation wide-body and our new generation, narrow-body aircraft. We will be strengthening the expansive flight network we offer you, our dear guests, even further with the flights we will be launching to Newark, Osaka, and Haneda  Airport in Tokyo.

We hope that World Cigarette Boycott Day, February 9, will be an opportunity for a new beginning by giving up harmful habits, and that Valentine’s Day, February 14, brings happiness to you and your loved ones.

Have a pleasant flight!

Bilal Ekşi
