The global airline signed a new one-year agreement with Russia’s ice hockey team Spartak Moscow.

Turkish Airlines, which signed a sponsorship agreement in 2018 with Spartak Moscow, the Russian team from the world of ice hockey, one of the most popular sports in the colder parts of North America and Europe, extended its agreement with the team.

At the signing ceremony between Turkish Airlines, the foreign airline company that has the largest flight network in Russia, and Spartak Moscow, the famous forward player Alexander Yakushev’s words stood out: “This agreement is not being signed with us, but with the 150 million citizens of Russia. Seventy percent of our country’s population are fanatic Spartak fans.”
