Turkish Airlines, which offers its passengers the privilege of discovering 126 countries around the world with its award-winning quality, was named “2020 Five-Star Global Airline” by APEX (Airline Passenger Experience Association).
Turkish Airlines was named “2020 Five-Star Global Airline” as a result of the ratings organized this year by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX), considered one of the most credited and reputed aviation organizations in the world. The global flag carrier has been awarded the five-star rating for the third consecutive year.
Passengers chose the “stars” of 2020 by awarding points between July 2018 and June 2019 on over 1 million flights by almost 600 airline companies worldwide. During this process, the airline companies were rated on a five-star scale in the categories of seat comfort, cabin service, food and beverages, entertainment, and Wi-Fi.
The Official Airline RatingsTM by APEX were announced at the IFSA awards ceremony attended by global travel experts at the Los Angeles Congress Center. The “2020 Five-Star Global Airline” award by APEX confirms yet again the comfort and passenger satisfaction Turkish Airlines offers above the clouds.
