With the recent addition of Gaziantep, Turkish Airlines now flies to six domestic destinations from its new home at Istanbul Airport.

Turkish Airlines added flights from Istanbul Airport to its Istanbul- Gaziantep operations on December 21, operating round-trip flights between Istanbul Airport and Gaziantep. The flag carrier will contribute to the city's tourism potential which has been gradually increasing in recent years. Included in the UNESCO Creative Cities Network for its cuisine, Gaziantep attracts more and more visitors with its historic bazaar where traditional crafts are still kept alive, inns, new museums, and boutique hotels. This list of magnificent cultural and historical heritage becomes even more valuable with the addition of the partly-completed Hittite sculptures in Rumkale and Yesemek. The city's charm is enhanced with the display of the "Gypsy Girl" mosaic, 12 pieces of which were recently brought to Turkey from abroad, at Zeugma Mosaic Museum.
After the opening of Istanbul Airport, Turkish Airlines flies to operate domestic flights to Ankara, Izmir, Antalya, Adana, Trabzon, and Gaziantep, and international flights to Baku (Azerbaijan) and Nicosia (T.R.N.C.).
